Weekend was snappy. Friday night was excited with old new phone and could not take it out to Bar Savanh for show show coz need to recharge. Saturday entertained friends (Trudy, Eileen & a bloke) from Singh-Jia-Po. Treated them lunch to the best Char Siew in town and they agreed too after some doubtful statements. The rest of the Saturday was modding RAZR V3 and mahjong. Sunday worked and now Monday morning!
One interesting SMS popped up regarding marriage again. Somehow I find parents are subjected to the pressure from society to in turn put the demand on their own offsprings to create more offsprings. In fact that was how I understand the logic for such request from both sides of the party. My folks are pretty less demanding because of me.
Anyway my point is the idea of extending the family tree in which the Wong now currently lies with this lil' fella.

Question is, whatz the fuss about all these? I am sure it is a meaningful humanic gesture to seed, populate and work the earth here. Aren't we are over populated and talk about the poverty level suffered throughout the world. Although I am looking from a macro level of things, it is simply too unbearable to bring up a child the way my parents and hers did.
Therefore I urge parents, especially Chinese in my case, should quit pressuring their children to marriage unless they are prepare to forego all kinds of benefits and not see them again as often. In fact I believe parents should let/assist their children seek who they are rather than steering them to what they should be.
Sadly mine and her folks failed and even more so I will not want that to happen to my own. Not just steer towards how society dictates. Wise parents provide their child education needed, fed them till their able and nurture their mindly thoughts. Smart parents will shwerdly con their kids to do things they want without asking. A child's gratitude to the sacrifice of their parents would be obedience, loyalty, care and love. I don't see how union with another is anyhow necessary unless I am convince otherwise.
My thoughts already scrambled by a phone call from customer's moronic fickly minded requests and the barkings from those "tak da baca anjings" (uneducated dogs). Ok wrapping up for last week..... au revoir people!
