Hungry? Maggi Noodle Recipe.

My dinner on the 8th Nov 2007. Here are the instructions;
Ingredients:
1. Egg x 1
2. Maggi noodles x 2
3. Pork sausages / cocktail x 5 (chicken, beef sausages cannot create the springy texture like pork)

Steps:
1. Place the noodles in a bowl.
2. Defrost the pork cocktails. (optional)
3. Boil water in kettle to rinse of wax (urban myth) from the noodles. (optional)
4. Fill the bowl with room-temperature water up till the height of the noodles.
5. Put in the maggi magic sachet. Your choice of flavor (chicken, curry, asam laksa)
6. Put the pork cocktails into the same bowl.
7. Cover bowl and place in microwave. Cook 2 to 3 minutes at High or 4 to 5 minutes Medium High.
8. While waiting; fry the egg sunny-side-up style. Tips: just fry one side
9. Once noodle's cooked, remove the cover and lay the sunny-side-up egg on top.
10. Serve with vegetables or cucumber(optional).

Luxury maggi recipe:
1. Abalone sliced
2. Imperial clam or bamboo clams.

Simple 3 steps fast snack recipe:
Only do Step 4, 5 and 7.

My personal finding is that microwave cooks better Maggi noodles. The power of NUKEing is incredible. Good luck.

Conspiracy theory. Rewinding age legally.

What if I have an offer to rewind my age? Let say, 7 years. For a small fee of RM300, perhaps the glitch of a switch to tweak the MyKAD database binary bits and voila! I am now seven years younger. Would I sanely take it up? What about you? I do know someone, whom didn't know I do, that he is not what his age states in his identity card. For the person-who-shall-not-be-name, is in fact 2-4 year older than official document states. Heck, even my ex-girlfriend's date of birth isn't really hers.

Looks can be deceiving they say. I may look 30 but actually 23 only or vice versa. What benefit lies in rewinding official age back 7 years?

1) Insurance premium cheaper.
2) Less candles on birthday cake.
3) Feel younger? (assume I ensure good healthy life)

Momentarily, can't think of anything else besides the first item above. What about earning power? Would employers take age into account for renumeration? If yes, why must they exploit of a person's age? Take for example, 2 candidates go interview. One (real)30 y.o vs (fake)23 y.o programmer. Same qualification, same 3 years experience in that field and communicates almost the same maturity. I am almost convince management would hire (fake) 23 year old programmer, instead of 30 y.o.

What reasons you think management would bring up to justify that?

Breaking the spell of silence since April 27. Many blogs I came across contain so much apologies for having a big gap between the last and current post, that's the same goes for yours truly. For instance, Matt's blog, http://jam-page.blogspot.com. Fella has so many "I'm sorry haven't been blogging, busy" entries. Can this leave a misrepresentation that bloggers are non busy people and put it those who apologizes shows they have better things to do than blog? Therefore, no apologies from moi, I just decide not to until today. Why?

Yep, got excited with my first 10 bottles of 'goodness'. (Wickedly laughing). Recently embark on the adventure of home-brew. Practically new to me but theoretically been researching it since 2003. Just like the laziness - more important things to take care off, couldn't get it off the ground. Then met a dive buddy, who is a multi-resourced entrepreneur, introduce me to a "wonder-bucket" that simplifies many of the tedious process in traditional brewing got me on.

Simply add everything into the bucket (must), wait few days, then rack it and store by chilling it. Once placed into the fridge, the fermentation process slows down to a halt and sediment builds at the bottom over a period of 2 weeks.

Filtration is done one more round to get an almost translucent juice of 'goodness'. Fairing between 7% to 7.8% alcohol content and not yet near wine or worst cider state, this fruit juice from my POV, is safe to consume.

Three qualities of discipline must be adhere at all times i.e. patience, sterilization and abstinence. Yep, self control from drooling into the bucket while it ferments, helps by cover mouth when working at it daily. Saliva kills man. It's dangerous.

Therefore, I am proud to present the first 10 bottles of "Can-B-Anything" juice drink. I wonder it'll sell? Only one way to find out. Wish me luck.

1) Move house
2) Racked up significant amount of debt.

Invasion and obsessed with Flash movie type.

Much has been mentioned of famous sites like YouTube, Alluc, CrunchyRolls and many more. Fairly recently I've been viewing all these videos online streaming almost seamlessly. Then only realised how backdated I was when most movie trailers & teasers already adopted Flash Movie format instead of QuickTime MOV.
Now that is certainly a thumbs up coz streaming QuickTime for most part of developing world seems ridiculously slow.

Many moons again a big gap of blog entry. Not much has happen only to name a few which is mostly trouble with finances because of one miserable little issue. No income. Surviving at this stage and age without income is certainly not an option. People tend expect when there is always a sad reality everything's a mess. Somedays the mess appears like organise chaos and somedays it's completely jumbled up. Sometimes it feels like there is light at the end yet sometimes doesn't. Open season diving at Pulau Aur this weekend. It's a long weekend and many are off to travel. Gonna take my PADI Adv OWC with wife. Ah hah... yes..I am registered with government that we are now officially husband wife. Who's wife? MondayBluer lor.

Add ontop all these would be marriage reception/ceremony, photoshoot, her house renovations and our day to day food. Then comes insurance, my own family finances, my debts and many other things. Pro-longed gout

Today I managed to find the recipe book for people who hate gout. Available in Amazon called "Gout Haters Book" by Jodi Schneiter. All 3 books cost total of about USD60 plus shipping, however, there is no guarantee that the ingredients enlisted would be economically easy to acquire.

As official, today will be the 7th day my acute gout attack started. In addition to that, my cough seems to be bother not just myself but MB too. She has been bad mood lately and I can see the reason because I share the cause of it.

Firstly it is the cough. It did not just wake her but myself up. Therefore, you can almost understand that for the moment, I haven't been getting enough sleep. Secondly, mood down due to several factors and all pointing to finance. Thirdly, life as how it was since the day we graduated from University is getting harsher for the moment. Lastly, the constant drawbacks for certain challenges promotes procastination.

Despite having 4 particular points, I would like to just elaborate on the 3rd. Why? Simply is that it gives a greater insight of the decision made to this particular point. My education in Malaysia has been preprogrammed and there were no one that tells you life outside is different. We have standard curriculum yet it wasn't enough to prepare us for real life. We do know that when we finish primary, automatic promotion to secondary then perhaps some goes higher secondary and others go polytechnics or private colleges. We also know for the fortunate few, university is ultimate where we taste the life of early adulthood. Then we also were preprogrammed that after university, we should get job and stable income. What happens after that?

Never did that occur to me, that it's not the same. Advantageously we get to dictate our destiny but problem is there won't be a standard progression system that we know during our school days to fall back upon. If you fail in the civilize world, you just fail with everything you have. No risk no pain no gain. In the jungle worst, if you fail, very likely get eaten up.

When we hit something like financial issues in adult life, we are responsible for every action and decisions to counter it. Yet some others need to perform child to parents responsiblity to ensure they too get accomodated into our balance sheet. Many do share that burden yet, in civilization, it's very much a debateable subject.

Therefore, now what happens that my job doesn't provide extra for anything? Work more hours, which a person only have 24 a day if lucky, on something else to acquire the funds by month end because that's where the bills are due. Having highlighting and understand situations like mine, it is very much ideal environment where network marketting prove their compassion captalism to all. Given that understanding and having very bad negative influence of this activity, I cannot see if everyone succeed all at ones. No way does it would work that all will succeed in network marketting,yet they still thrive. In fact if you think about it, in society itself, there is no all winners because it doesn't balance. That boils down to the fundemental of choice.

Let's ponder awhile, perhaps, start a business. What business?

Me, my life and my gout.

Another attack this week. This time using my Qi-disc didn't help the pain. Anyway, I have been suspicious of it's miracle claims despite the miniature bit of hope still lies with it.

Counting this round, I am pretty sure, will be touching 10 in no time soon. Drastic measures need to be done. Diet, exercise plus drug that reduces it in the blood level. Many said I am too young to have it, heck there are also many younger than me dying of heart attack.

I guess this is the reason for evolution just as how Mrs. Garrison said it. Butt-sex and retards, muhahhaha. I don't think 3 to 10 days without the help drugs can help relief my pain now. Very likely MRs.Wong will drag me to the clinic.

A new year

A new year, a new blog and same old no provision or income. Come to think of it, in order to be in control is to take things one step a day. Like for instance learning, you'll need a day after another to finish a 10 chapter book. It is difficult to cramp all in one day and especially for me, my attention span is only 1 to 2 hours aday. There rest, would be something else.

What else? In fact, I am at war within myself because I get detered very fast once I hit a slight bump in my quest. That is my greatest weakness combine with procastination,is almost destructive. However, at the same time, I am free to do what I like most. Procastinate only because I don't like what I do or easily give up on a bit of problem.

My new year rambles to start. Sounds awful and now looking at Dubai Palms via Google Earth. I have to say it is very impressive to see man unearth property out in the sea. My very first thought is that maintain a residence there is certainly not an easy feat by middle income working class citizen in Malaysia. I wonder if our Sultan in Malaysia has one unit there?
