Selling myself

Two months ago I have posted a blog entry on Have We Got It?
Recently, that question emerge again. After conducting the company's workshop with the new hires, I realized there are many other opportunities within the structure of this organization. Coincidentally, all the senior managers I met seems to be open to my contribution. Strangely I find that relationship with senior managers especially those who reports direct to GM do provide advantage. Leveraging on the corporate ladder they say.

Now sales is something I have never thought of jumping into since graduate. I felt and agree with those who consider sales as selling one person's soul. However, those who are on sale seems to have progress and getting larger accounts. Truly, my personal objective now is to be rich, wealthy and able to afford a jetset lifestyle, i hope. In selling as I know, it's not a pretty picture all the time. Sometimes, we may be facing the worst in kind potential leads. Preparation for failure is a must.
