Forgetful or healing crisis?

Recently i failed to heed many things because my thoughts and mind was everywhere. I meant literally every where.

Partly due to the fact that I was reading more for the past 2 weeks compare to last year alone! Unbelievable. Suddenly, I was switched on to seek more thoughts from books. Why?

I am not sure which excited me but I believed it has got to be Dr.Masaru Emoto's book. In fact I finised 3 books in 2 weeks! Surprisingly, I also remember most parts of my reading. Improving myself or it isn't, as far as I enjoy it who cares.

Another thing that dawned on me, is that books are not cheap yet it's a viable investment. Reading to me, allows my mind to create the images and imagine without preceps or boundaries. That excites and coaches the mind to focus.

However, for TV, the images and information is pretty much fixed, presented and fed to the mind. Instead of allowing our minds to imagine, TV imagines it for us. As a result, the mind relaxes and feeds on the ideas. Our brain needs exercise like our muscles, and you can imagine the health repurcations for not having enough exercise? That is why, when you watch soap operas or tv shows for like more than 6 hours straight, you get a numb feeling to continue work, don't you? Try reading a book for 6 hours straight then switch to work on a different task non related to the book you read. Can you relate to the difference? If not, do try it out.

Peace babes.
